Does it sometimes feel as though you are taking better care of your car than your family?  Like your car, your family also requires routine maintenance to prevent a breakdown.  Everyone needs regular refueling: nutrition, sleep, relaxation and fun!  And when there is a problem, which tools will fix it?

If you only have one tool (like time out or yelling), you try to use that on every problem, and get frustrated when it doesn't work. In this two-night workshop held at Alcuin (Tuesday, March 6 and Tuesday, March 13), Susan Tracy, M. Ed., will give you over 20 effective tools for preventing and solving behavior problems. This is practical information based on years of observation, practiced with Susan's four children, and applied by hundreds of families.

Parenting is a challenge for anyone... and these tools have even helped families with special needs children, emotional and behavioral challenges, and those struggling with anger. This workshop is free to all Alcuin families, and $125 for friends of Alcuin. A 30-minute parent coaching call with Susan is also included.

Alcuin families with students re-enrolling:  The online submission deadline for all applications is February 10, 2012.  Your tax return must follow the submission, and must be postmarked by February 24, 2012

New Alcuin families: The online submission deadline is March 23, 2012.
