Applications

Applications are accepted throughout the school year. However, space in some programs is limited. To register for the 2010-2011 school year, print, complete and submit your application with your application fee to:

School Records

If your child previously attended a school, we will need parent conference/report card, medical/dental records and test scores (if applicable).  Use this records transfer form to request that copies be sent to Alcuin.

Interviews

All new students entering Primary, Elementary or Middle School at Alcuin must have an interview with a teacher before being considered for admission. These interviews typically last approximately 20 minutes and allow teachers to evaluate how well the child can focus and follow instructions.  Older children may also be required to provide records from their prior school.

Applications received by February 12, 2010, will be scheduled for interviews on Monday, March 1, 2010. If space is available after this time, additional interviews will be scheduled until classes are filled.
